Ever wanted to have a professional Chef at your fingertips to help build a great dinner? That’s why I’m here and this is how it all comes together.​

Here's what you need to know:​

1. Grab some friends and a date and decide whose house.

2. Contact me to reserve a date and we'll set up an appointment where I'll come to the house where the dinner will take place.

3. This is when we will go over menu choices, kitchen set up and logistics, including additional equipment and if additional staff is needed.

​4. What you’ll need from me is a dining space and set with plates, flatware and glasses. Then decide if you would like parings or just a signature drink with dinner. What time you would like dinner to be served? I would anticipate the dinner would take about three and a half hours. I will most likely arrive two hours before. I then shop, prep and store your ingredients.

5. You’re responsible for the food cost portion of the meal and labor for my services. I provide receipts of things purchased and am reimbursed the day of the event (you’re not responsible for the small things like sugar, oil, salt, pepper, flour etc.). My going rate is $100 an hour while I am working for you, that includes shop and prep time, in home cooking, serving, cleanup and storage. This is full dining experience, so no need to clean up I do everything for you.
