Special Events

I offer a variety of fun, specialty foods tailored to your big event, such as brunch grazing boards, hand-rolled sushi parties, and more. Have an event idea in mind? Let me know and we'll work together to bring your idea to life!

Grazing Table Pricing

All table setup comes with disposable serving tongs, toothpicks, beverage napkins, and disposable plates. A tablecloth is not included, but a table cover is included in order to place food directly on the table. Large sets will require chafers, trays, and other serving equipment and is factored into the cost per person. Extra fees are determined by guest count; extra equipment may be necessary, and extra staff may be needed to set up, serve, and clean up after the event. Food allergies and dietary preferences are accommodated. Taxes and gratuity are not included in the prices below. There will be a $150 charge in extra fees per 50 people.

  • Standard Spread: Standard flat layout on a 6'-8' table with assorted meats, assorted cheeses, soft cheeses, spreads, honey, olives, pickles, crackers, grapes, nuts, seasonal fruit, edible flowers, and fresh herbs, matching the theme or color scheme and table decorations. $10/person.

  • Standard Plus: Everything from the standard spread above on a 6'-8' table, plus 4-5 choices of cold appetizers and dips. $15/person.

  • Appetizer Spread: Everything from the standard spread above on an 8'-12' table, plus 4-5 cold appetizers and sandwiches. $20/person.

  • Grand Spread: Everything above on a 12' or longer table, plus 4 or more choices of hot appetizers. $25/person.

  • Charcuterie Packages, Trays, + Cups: 

    • Grazing tables: See information on grazing tables above, starting at $10/person

    • Charcuterie cups: Includes meat, cheese, nuts, berries, and crackers ($8 each)

    • Charcuterie Trays and Boards: 

      • Small Tray: Customized tray feeding 2-5 people. $50​

      • Medium Tray: Customized tray feeding 10-15 people. $100

      • Large Tray: Customized tray feeding 20+ people. $200-500

  • Veggie Trays + Cups: Trays include celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, radishes, cherry tomatoes, herbed cheese-stuffed peppers, with herbed ranch, hummus, or dill dip

    • Cups with Dip: $4-5 each​

    • Small Tray: Feeds 5-10 people. $60-75

    • Medium Tray: Feeds 15-25 people. $80-95

    • Large Tray: Feeds 30+ people. $125-150

  • Fruit Trays + Cups: Trays include melon, strawberries, pineapple, oranges, grapes, seasonal fruit, mint, and fruit dip, yogurt, or cream cheese

    • Skewers: approx. $2 each (varies)​

    • Cups: $4-6 each

    • Small Tray: Feeds 5-10 people. $70-85.50

    • Medium Tray: Feeds 15-25 people. $90-100

    • Large Tray: Feeds 30+ people. $100-150

  • Dessert + Pastries: All trays are customized. Find dessert options here or ask Chef Sara.

    • Pastry Trays: Pricing begins at $50​

    • Dessert Cups: Start at $4 each

  • Sandwiches + Bulk Meat:

    • Served hot (buns, cheese, + condiments sold separately):​

      • Pulled chicken: $14-15 per pound

      • Pulled pork: $14-16 per pound

      • Italian beef, roast beef, or brisket: $18-23 per pound

    • Paninis + Cold Sandwiches:

      • Starting at $3 each: Cucumber, tea, ham and cheese Hawaiian roll sliders, pinwheels (10 for $3), turkey and provolone on Brioche, ham and Swiss on mini croissants, turkey and cheese on mini croissants, tuna salad on mini croissants

      • $4-6 each: Mini wraps, banh mis, mini chicken parmesan subs, panini (ask for options), chicken salad, deviled egg salad, beef and cheddar with horseradish on Brioche, ham and cheddar on a croissant

  • Salads, Sides, + Box Lunches:

    • Salads: Garden, spinach, Caesar, taco, rice, pasta, cut fruit, 5-grain, chopped, slaw ($4-5 per person)

    • Box lunches: Ask for customization and/or bulk options. Box lunches include condiments, napkins, and required utensils. Starting at $10 per person.

Buffet-Style Catering Options

Drop-off service and on-site charges will vary, depending upon the level of service requirements for the event.

  • Appetizer Options: Ask about appetizer spread options or passed appetizer packages. (Find some of what Chef Sara offers here.)

    • Cold Appetizers + Skewers: Caprese, Caesar salad, anti-pasta, brie arugula, fruit, bacon, shrimp cocktail shooters, beef crostini, BLT sliders, deviled eggs (and many more options available). $1.25-5.00 each​

    • Hot Appetizers, A la Carte, + Buffet Options: Peach BBQ meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, Crab Rangoon, Lil' Smokies, candied bacon smokies, rumaki, spanakopita, egg rolls, puff pastry bites, hot dips (see more options). 3 choices beginning at $15 per person.

  • Lunch + Dinner: Hot buffet pricing starts at $20 per person. Pricing is dependent upon the menu choices and number of protein selections. (Find lists of proteins and sides here)

    • Protein options: Baked bone-in chicken breast with compound butter, bone-in pork chops (8-10oz or more), sliced beef, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, sloppy joes, taco packages, sliced grilled chicken, hamburger/hot dog/brat packages, meat balls, seafood​

    • Sides: Hashbrown casserole, pasta bar packages, mac and cheese, loaded potatoes, regular mashed potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, any vegetables, rice

    • Sushi options: Ask about available sushi options

  • Breakfast: Ask about available breakfast and brunch options

Hand Rolled Sushi Party

A Hand Rolled (Temaki) Sushi Party is a fun way to have a  get-together or dinner party. It's a great way to be creative and enjoy the flavor combinations you like.

From cooked or raw Sushi, Nigiri or Poke Bowls, you can have a hand-on approach or have the chef to roll anything you want.

Popular choices include fresh Tuna or Spicy Tuna, Cooked Shrimp, Salmon, Cooked Crab, Roe, Tofu, Avocado, Cucumber, Carrots, Mango, Egg or any other ingredients you desire!

Starting at $15 per person with a $75 Labor Fee and Deposit

Charcuterie Boxes

Sweet or savory? The choice is yours! We'll work together to build out your ideal box to best serve you. Here are some of the most common options:

Charcuterie boxes are loaded with up to a half pound of choices including:
-Hard and soft cheeses, beer cheese
-Meats (prosciutto, ham, salami, summer sausage)
-Pickled veggies, stuffed peppers, spreads & dips
-Fresh fruit and veggies
-Mini skewers
-Honey, dessert hummus, & chocolate
-Mini desserts
-Crackers on the side
